Until 2009
The project “CROSS-over (1)” resulted in a publication which offers an overview of art, media and technology in Flanders. In this book (titled “CROSS-over. Kunst, media en technologie in Vlaanderen”), illustrated beautifully, Liesbeth Huybrechts,Caroline Nevejan, Femke Snelting, Elke Van Campenhout, Arie Altena, Kurt Vanhoutte, Karen Annemie Verschooren, Stoffel Debuysere, Ive Stevenheydens, David Garcia and Dirk De Wit discuss how media and technology can change art and culture. The authors carefully map the domain of the arts that is always redefining its boundaries.
The book won the “Plantin-Moretusprijs 2009”.
